Need some suggestions on a borked upgrade

yea, Lollipop is turning out to have a more of a pain than I thought.
Or maybe it's Samsung's keyboard in Lollipop.  Will have to try
hacker's keyboard.

What's that internet law about any e-mail pointing out someone's typos
will contain a typo?  Managed to invoke it on myself ;-)
