EARN IT ACT returns for 2022

I'm assuming this is relevant because if you use Linux, even if you don't
host anything, you probably encrypt something, one way or another.  So if
you haven't heard, the EARN IT Act has been resubmitted to the House and
Senate for 2022.  Even if you believe the sponsors' supposedly good
intentions -- and I don't -- this is a frightening bill against electronic
freedom and privacy.
