To all:
Hi, my name is Jim Lynch and I'm new to the GNHLUG mailing list. About a
year or so ago I made the switch to Linux from WinXP, and in the past month
or so I have finally found a distro that works for me, Gentoo. I like it
more every day. Anyway, the point of this email is somewhat(if not entirely)
self-serving, but I am a junior at Wake Forest University where I am an
Information Systems major. Over the past few months I have been searching
for a summer internship position near my hometown of North Andover, but have
had little luck. As I am sure many of you are professionals in the IS field,
I thought that perhaps some of you might have a connection or two or know
someone that I might contact about finding an IS internship. I have attached
my resume, and I want to thank all of you in advance for any help, however
large or small, you might be able to provide me. I am very confident that
with my technical and people skills, desire to excel, and quick learning
abilities, I could make a valuable contribution to an IS shop or firm given
the opportunity.
Thanks in advance,
Jim Lynch
