*** Software Developer/Programmer ***
 
Centrally located Upper Valley software company seeks a Software
Programmer who will develop robust, easy-to use, cross-platform,
"shrink-wrapped" software for use by network/computer professionals and
non-professionals alike.  
 
Responsible for teasing information from reluctant network devices, and
reducing that data to a concise informational display that can be
communicated to remote clients.  Developer works with support staff,
testers, and customers to continually elicit and specify the
requirements for new features and products, and works with programming
team to bring them to life.
 
Candidate will have a Bachelors degree and love to write software that
delights customers.  Proficiency required in two of the following
languages:
 
* C++, Java, Python, Perl, HTML4/CSS, Javascript, XML.
 
Strong Math/Science background and excellent written communication
skills preferred.  Sys-admin experience on WIN2K/XP, Mac OS, Linux or
BSD helpful.  Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and SNMP a '+".
