We have client in MA who has a need (6+ mth project) for a strong Linux
engineer for drivers and internals work to go along with board and
systems level Diagnostics and BSP experience.
Please call or email if you are interested or have any questions.
We are seeking a Sr. or Prin level Engineer to work on a next gen ATCA
platform. Responsibilities to develop the long Power-On Self Tests for
the ATCA Blade. The goal of this diagnostic effort is to ensure that
the tests identify at least 98% of all HW failures that could possibly
occur in the operational state. Diagnostic implementation will be based
around principles of Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis
(FMECA) to detect all potential hardware failure mechanisms. Our
customer expects the implementation to prove out the failures, run the
FMECA reports and determine hardware changes, if any, required in the
product. Will include designing and developing BSP's and Diagnostics for
the new board. The system will be 2.6 Linux based.

John Spencer
