Job description: 

The primary responsibility of the Senior Support Consultant is to resolve
technical issues for the Company's products by being the primary technical
contact for the customer. In performing this responsibility, the Senior
Support Consultant will be assigned to multiple accounts simultaneously,
which could be in various regions of the country. This position requires 10%
to 20% nationwide travel. In addition, the position requires post-sale
activities and technical relations with the customers.

The Senior Support Consultant will report to the Director of Professional
Services.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Independently develop, manage, execute and own overall project plan and
timelines for key deliverables; 
-Direct implementations and serve as primary client contact on
implementations;
-Establish clear definition of clients' implementation responsibilities and
the Company's responsibilities with each client;
-Establish a clear understanding of client's key metrics prior to an
implementation and determine clear quantifiable expectations for the
customer once fully implemented;
-Collaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curricula;
-Organize and lead training sessions;
-Provide off site support;
-Provide consulting services to clients;
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and completion of
all additional implementation related tasks;
-Promote up-sales to existing customers by consulting and presenting
additional products;
-10% to 20% nationwide travel.

Required of all employees in the Professional Services Team:
-Ability and desire to learn independently as well as in a team;
-Ability to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines in a sometimes
hectic environment;
-Excellent writing and communication skills.
-Solid mastery of the different Product components and Service Offerings;
-Mastery of the Company's technology, Information Security, Network
Architecture and Microsoft project tools (Visio, Project, etc);
-Strong ability to identify potential issues and participate in their
resolution;
-Excellent problem solving and investigative skills;
-Excellent client-facing skills 

Required of all employees:
The Senior Support Consultant must adhere to the business and cultural goals
required by all employees.

Skills
-Excellent communication skills;
-Strong attention to detail;
-Willing/excited to work in a fast-paced, but sometimes intense, rapidly
expanding company;
-Strong hands-on technical abilities;
-Strong computer literacy and/or the comfort, ability and desire to advance
technically;
-Strong understanding of Information Security in various environments.

Position Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science;
-2-3 years of Technical Implementation and support experience;
-In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network
Architecture;
-Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilities
-Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks
and ensure their accurate completion;
-Ability to train technical users;
-Ability to conduct technical presentations;
-Experience with UNIX operating systems (advantage);
-Experience in programming (advantage)
