Russound, a multi-room audio company based in Newmarket, NH, has an opening
for a JavaScript contractor for a 2 month project.

 

This position is appropriate for a mid-level candidate with 2-5 years of
experience.

A successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:

 

* JavaScript programming language

* XML-based network protocols.

* Ability to parse proprietary packet data at the byte level

* Fundamental knowledge of Object Oriented coding practices

* Ability to use MS Windows to execute various 3rd party apps

 

The following technologies would be a huge plus:

 

* Knowledge of Philips ProntoScript, an ECMA compliant scripting language

* Familiarity with developing for embedded web devices
