*Description*  Responsible for Java application software development
including analysis, design, testing of component-based applications and
tools in a Web/internet environment. Works on new and existing applications,
enhancements, and infrastructure. Performs hands-on coding, assists in
architecting web content solutions, and mentors junior developers.   *
Requirements*  * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or
related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training.

* A minimum of 3 years developing and implementing complex technical
solutions in a multi-tiered web application environment.

* A minimum of 2 years relational database experience.

* Strong experience with web architecture design and development tools and
languages; especially JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, JavaScript, SOAP, XML/XSLT,
HTML, ANT, CVS

* Superior organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
