Job Description:
Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) is a global leader in custody,
securities lending, fund accounting and administration, as well as in
treasury services. TSS supports the needs of institutional clients worldwide

Services (TS) and Worldwide Securities Services (WSS).
Treasury Services is one of the largest cash management providers globally.
Services include payments, collections, trade finance, investment and
information services to help treasurers manage working capital and
liquidity. The business ranks first in U.S. dollar clearing, processing wire
transfers daily.
Provide direct hands-on support of all critical application processing
within this significant application environment. Prevent issues from
impacting clients via proactive monitoring, automated alerting, and
improving operational procedures. This position will provide the following
production application support activities, including application monitoring,
application turning, production metrics, problem resolution, release
management, remediation of information risk gaps, disaster recovery testing
and project management as necessary. Minimize the adverse impact of
Incidents and Problems to the business that are caused by production issues
and prevent recurrence of incidents relating to those issues/errors.
Contribute to root cause analysis of Incidents and initiate actions to
improve or correct the situation. Perform detailed analysis of all
production incidents and provide specific technical recommendations for
improvements. Add value to ongoing improvement initiatives within a complex
network of dedicated support professionals.
*Specific Tasks:** **Essential Skills:*
- Solid experience with the direct supervision of distributed systems
production support.
- Knowledge of Core Cash applications - Specific to File Management
Services.
- Software/Infrastructure product knowledge e.g. webMethods, java,
Oracle, Unix/Linux (including scripting and utilities), File Transmission
Protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, NDM), IP Networking, Transport and
Payload Encryption and Key Management (PGP, SSL/X509 & SSH).
- Experience with Project and the Software Development Life Cycle
processes
- Banking system and related regulatory/compliance experience.
- Technical problem investigation and resolution skills.
- Crisp documentation skills.
- Extended direct/on-call availability.
*Preferred Skills & Experience:*
- Experience in testing complex financial & banking applications.
- Knowledge and experience in Technology including various architectures,
languages, tools and applications.
- Willing to take ownership, and able to independently drive initiatives
to sensible conclusions.

under controversial circumstances.

- Understanding of Financial and Banking applications or related business
experience
- Language Requirements:
- Comfort with working/speaking directly with any individual from diverse
International backgrounds.

- Perform 1st line support for application and platform issues.
- Triage issues and tickets, facilitate root cause determination.
- Identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide high-availability Primary Support [24/7 rotational] for the
Host to Host (Access Direct) platform within TS Client Access.
- Liaise with AD, BSA, QA, and associated Technology/Operations Teams to
understand all application layer functions and related downstream processing
components in order to increase platform stability and realize operational
efficiencies.
- Provide daily/direct support for meeting all processing SLAs.
- Manage and review all production incidents. Perform research, analysis
and summarized reports/information for further senior review.
- Work with clients to help them through the credential management
process.
- Work with clients to diagnose and correct communications issues across
all supported protocols.
