For those of you who know me, this position is one I would offer some IT

having direct links to some pages, the site is pretty nice, so it should be
fairly obvious.

I highly recommend this company as an employer.  The people here are great,
the space is comfortable, the pay is solid, the benefits are excellent, and
paid time off is very generous.

The engineering team here, which this position is directly a part of, are
very open minded when it comes to hires.  We have hired Java developers with
no Java experience, for example.  We are mainly looking for good thinkers
who know how to solve new unique and mundane problems (got google?), so
don't worry if you don't feel you have much of the specific experience
below.  As long as you know your way around Java enough to step very
carefully when needed, are open to some non-standard setups, are interested
in learning technologies around Java, and love write code, you should do all
right.
