[gnhlug-announce] Cutover complete

discuss at gnhlug.org is a virtual mail alias of
gnhlug-discuss at mail.gnhlug.org, and the stable version of mailman
doesn't quite have full virtual hosting support.

The most unambigious use would be gnhlug-discuss at mail.gnhlug.org, but
the discuss at gnhlug.org alias should continue to work. Our *goal* is to
have discuss at gnhlug.org work, but I don't want to cast that in black and
white until we see how the virtual hosting support shakes out.
