  When the page loads, do you get a message prompting you about which
program to load to handle music?  If not, then the problem is likely that
the web pages are using non-standard methods specific to a particular
browser.  Contact the authors of the web pages, and have them fix their HTML
to be standards compliant.

  You can use the W3C (WWW Consortium) HTML Validator at
<http://validator.w3.org/> to check for non-standard elements.
