using mozilla works, KMail doesn't




Update:

I was able to unsubscribe using the web interface, and then subscribe 
using Mozilla's mail client, but the list server apparently does not 
accept messages coming from KMail, which means that you can't confirm a 
subsciption, or even send a -help request if you are using KMail.

For some reason, I can't post to the list-server using my
  greg at freephile.com email address.  For example, see the message below
  which I attempted to post earlier.  Perhaps you received a copy, but it
  didn't show up on the list server.  I am using KDE Mail 1.4.1 on KDE
  3.0.0-10 on RH 7.3  I am connected via cable modem using ATTBI, and have
  not been experiencing any other Internet anomalies.

I can't even unsubscribe in order to subscribe again.  I tried everything I
could think of.  I even tried to subscribe using a different address, and
that didn't work.  I may have caused that attempt to fail since I tried to
confirm using greg at freephile.com, for a new subscriber 'greg at rundlett.com'.
I did also send a subscription confirmation using 'greg at rundlett.com', but
have not received any further response from the server.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get my 'greg at freephile.com'
subscription working?

for some reason, my messages are not sent to the list.  I receive messages,
and I can login, and edit my preferences for my subscriptions, but posting
hasn't worked for about a month.
