Yeah you can pay as low as $8.75 to secure a domain.  The only problem
that I've noticed with them is that their website isn't designed so well
overall.  Right now I have a bid through them on a domain name which
expires TODAY, and it is registered through dotster, who owns and operates
namewinner.  I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
