    You can use mutt, either as part of Cygwin
(http://www.cygwin.com/packages/mutt/), or from
http://unixmail-w32.sf.net/ (which is probably out of date; I don't use
either).

    You could also try checking if Evolution has been ported to Windows.
It doesn't seem so, though...
