I've been using CrossOver Office + Plugin for about 6 months now.
Admittedly, I only used Outlook for the first month or so until I
could get POP3 access to my e-mail, and I only brought up Excel, PP,
and Word a few times each.
They work decently enough to get by. If you're used to living in the
UNIX world, then you probably have a higher pain thresh-hold than the
average Windows user anyway. In that scenario, they're decent enough
to use on occasion.
If, OTOH, you're a life long MS user, and you get along reasonably
well with MS environments, then I'd say that the CrossOver stuff has
a few bugs which might drive you up the wall :)

It may look like I'm just sitting here doing nothing,
but I'm really actively waiting for all my problems to go away.
If you're not having fun, you're not doing it right!
