In addition to experimenting with Bogofilter, I'm using SpamBouncer
<http://www.spambouncer.org/> with a fairly conservative set of
blocklists (including SpamCop's), and a distributed checksum system
called Vipul's Razor <http://razor.sourceforge.net/>. The biggest
problem with a rule-based filter like SpamBouncer, of course, is the
large number of false positives. Razor by itself catches 75% of my
spam, with almost no false positives.

I don't use ASK and similar systems because they seem to me to be too
difficult for non-technical correspondents to handle.
