RH update

Hey Chris,
	Don't pay attention to Travis's laugh - he runs windows.  

	What RedHat screen does it hand at?  Can you be more specific there? 
Can you hit ctrl-alt-f1 and get a text login prompt, login, and run
startx?  It sounds like some part of the init for gnome or kde is
failing... doing it that way might give more debugging information.
