Why Linux is Not For You

Er, it isn't an article on what Linux is and is not, nor (in spite of pretending
to be) an article about Linux versus Microsoft. There's far too much left out.
What Linux is and is not, and what Free Software is and is not, is a far deeper
subject than this article tackles.
It is, perhaps, interesting reading for a Linux advocate (we should know that
people are capable of feeling the way the author does (and perhaps we don't even
blame him)), but we could live without its being required reading. I _did_ read
it - because it was recommended by a friend. I also would recommend it, but
only with considerable gentleness: "mildly interesting".
