Have server; need colocation

Hello world!

One of my long-term projects for GNHLUG has been for us to obtain access
to our "own" server, that is, one that we can use for whatever we want.
(Currently, we "sublet" space on other people's servers, and it isn't fair
to ask for more then basic access on such systems.) Well, I have finally
managed to procure a suitable server. While I wish it to remain my private
property, I also want to make it available for use by GNHLUG, for GNHLUG.

However, for that to be useful, the server will need to be co-located for
hosting. That means bandwidth, mainly, along with cooling, physical
security, and power. (I can furnish a UPS, if need be.) While GNHLUG's
bandwidth demands are rather minor, this isn't something you want on your
128 kilobit ISDN feed.

So, does anyone here have 1U of rackspace they would be willing to donate
to GNHLUG?

Please reply off-list. I will summarize the response I receive.
