How very, very interesting. I've started work in that direction
as well, and in fact, I'll be starting to write some code this
week - the first task being to turn the FRBR ideology into a
SQL schema, with an initial focus on film (the first project
I'm working on is for a video rental store).

Define "lead". Define "project" a little more.
