Just a small gripe today... but do you notice how every posting for a 
'Linux Admin' or engineer also requires you to support windows 
servers?   Imagine advertising for a 'Windows Administrator' and also 
requiring support of linux/unix systems...  you just don't see that.  
Perhaps it is assumed that anyone who is an accomplished linux admin 
will have enough background and diversity to deal with windows boxen as 
well... and that your average Windows admin might be fresh out of MCSE 
boot camp....  or whatever they are calling it these days.
