Back when binaries NGs were a big deal for me, I used the service from
http://www.uncensorednewsfeed.com and found it to be quite good. They have
dedicated binaries-only servers, which improves retention time and helps
ensure that all parts of large multipart binaries are available. At $40
for three months, it's not cheap, but I found it to be worth it.
Now that my focus is on a small number of text groups, all of which my
ISP's server carries but does so with very poor retention (attbi), I find
that running my own leafnode server and pulling from them meets my needs.
