Confirmed. I have a Samsung phone that runs off of Sprint PCS (150 K 
throughput, ya! :) which runs Palm OS as well. The app you are thing of 
is 'TG SSH'. Works sweet for command line stuff, but I've had trouble 
with a few Curses apps. Not sure if that is a problem with the app or 
the 2"x4" display.
