NAI (Network Associates, Inc, who bought McAfee) makes a version of
VirusScan for Linux. It can only scan files on command (no real-time
protection). Maintenance and support for this product are suspect.
Actually finding it on their website is next-to-impossible. But it does
exist, and it does work, and I have used it.
CAI (Computer Associates, Inc.) makes InoculateIT, and supposedly was
coming out with a Linux version. From past experience, I wouldn't touch a
CAI product with a ten-foot cattle prod.
TrendMicro has a suite anti-virus products, some of which supposedly run
on Linux. In the MS-Windows world, their products have a very good
reputation among professional admins. However, I have no experience with
them in the Linux world. Still, these people may be your best bet.
