F-Prot Antivirus, http://www.f-prot.com/products/fplin.html

Free (as in beer) for personal use, $300/server for commercial users.  Nice 
command line interface, works well with mailscanner (www.mailscanner.info) to 
scan email, and has a nifty script you can run out of cron to fetch updates on 
a regular basis.  I have been using it for some time now and it works nicely - 
especially in fending off email virii.
