It's long, illuminating, and thought-provoking.  One almost can't
believe that it's all true.

It begins to look irresponsible to install XP (or to allow XP to
be installed) without getting a release of liability.  If I were
a consultant "helping" people with their Microsoft systems I'd
feel obligated to show them this article.
