I take a more cynical -- accurate? -- view.
This is MS rewarding/encouraging SCO in the IBM/linux IP lawsuit. MS
stands to be the BIG winner in this. SCO doesn't even need to
prevail, just keep it going long enough to inject alot of FUD into
the marketplace and injure linux adoption.
