I've never used them, but my dedicated server provide, ev1servers.net
(formerly rackshack.net) is now providing domains for $5.  Certainly
meets the cheap requirement.  I don't know about reliable, but I was
thinking I'd use it next time I needed to register a domain, since if
they go down, my web site's probably down, too.

bad. ]
