They aren't exactly cheap @ $35/year for registration and DNS, but I've 
been using EasyDNS of Toronto for my sigio.(com&net&org) domains for 
several years now. I've not got a single complaint against them.

Just plain registration is cheaper, but I pay for the registration and 
DNS as it simplifies things for me. If you're going to handle your own 
DNS then it will be cheaper. I think registration only is $15.
