Libranet can charge whatever they want to distribute their binaries.
But once they sell or give ME a copy (i.e. distribute it to me), the
GPL gives me the right to re-distribute the binaries and/or
source code built from GPL'd software, under the terms of the GPL, to
anyone I want.
