ISO files are a standard CD-ROM image file format. Most Windows CD
burning programs can handle them just fine. In many cases, it's just a
matter of double-clicking on the ISO file's icon in Windows Explorer, or
doing a "file -> open" and selecting the ISO. Then it's a matter of telling
it okay or next until it begins to burn. When finished burning, you'd just
boot from the first of the three CDs. To be more specific, I'd need to know
what CD burner program you're using.

I'm not into satellite TV, but know there are a number of such programs
available. With Linux, you'll often find a small community of people
interested in such specific topics and associated mailing lists or support
web sites.

As a start while you're downloading Red Hat, I'd suggest going to the
web site <http://freshmeat.net> and doing a search on "satellite". That
will turn up a bunch of satellite-related programs and you can keep yourself
busy reading their web sites while the downloads finish. :-)
