Mail, PIMs, CRMs and not Windows :)

Yep, it's a lot better (UI-wise) now.  I haven't used Entourage X 
myself but Panther's Mail is a tremendous improvement in terms of 
performance and features.  It's still not -quite- as nice as Mozilla's 
mail client in terms of features, but then, Mail's biggest advantages 
over Mozilla mail are that it's a native Cocoa app so you get all of 
the bonus features of Cocoa apps, and AFAIK Mozilla mail doesn't have 
any Apple Event compatibility (for AppleScript).
