*sigh*  I looked into doing things this way.  It turns out that when I
set it up, I didn't end up having to go this route.  I fire off spamc
from my users' .procmailrc, which (IIRC) executes as the individual
user.  I believe this is how it uses individual users' bayesian data.

I grabbed the one out of debian unstable and hand modified it.
