FYI to anyone who is in a similar situation (unhappy Outlook users),
Meetingmaker's Outlook plugin is working pretty well so far for us. 
The Outlook users are happy.  I'm happy because the complaining has
mostly stopped. I've even gotten some enthusiastic reactions.

I haven't been a big fan of meetingmaker in the past, but they've
responded really quickly to the couple bugs we had.  There are some
differences in the way the two programs handle calendaring that causes
some gotchas, but overall it works.
