Earthlink Cable

True, it definately is cheaper than Comcast, but the only thing that is 
keeping me from switching to Earthlink is the fact that they recently 
deregulated(I think that is the correct term), meaning that Comcast no 
longer has to allow 3rd parties such as Earthlink over their lines.  
Hopefully for those on the Earthllink service, their ISP can keep up 
good relations with the media giant.
