DSL with no landline

FYI.. Found this out today (of course right before I move)

Dave C: I think we can now offer the DSL without local service :-)

Dave C: kind of late for you, but....thought I'd let you know.

Dave C: It is different than the "switching to cellular".  Then the 
boneheads put the way of ordering it in "west only" ordering system.  So 
even though they supposedly released it July 1 so it could be ordered, 
no one in the east has been able to :-)

Dave C: well, unles syou're a national one and know where it is....or 
you're verizon....or you signed up for the "west only" site anyhow. 
Most of us small isps didn't.....
