Dumping my VoIP provider

galaxyvoice may fit the bill. I use them for an incoming line only. 
Since I don't call out, it's free. (this is for a local band's 
"dial-a-song" line)

Broadvoice's BYOD service has been fantastic for me, that's what I use 
for my personal stuff.
