Check out NoScript:
   http://www.noscript.net/whats

Last I heard DHS was recommending Firefox with NoScript as the safest 
browser platform.

Also in the bag-o-goodies: SessionSaver, FasterFox, CustomizeGoogle, 
FlashBlock.
