The monthly meeting of CentraLUG, the Concord/Central NH GNHLUG
chapter, happens the first Monday of the month on the New Hampshire
Institute Campus starting at 7 PM.

Directions and maps are available on the NHTI site at
http://www.nhti.edu. This month, we'll be meeting in the
Library/Learning Center/Bookstore, http://www.nhti.net/frames_Map.html
, marked as "I" on that map. The main meeting starts at 7 PM, with Ed
Lawson presenting CUPS. The Python Special Interest Group will have a
pre-meeting meeting starting at 6 PM. Open to the public. Tell your
friends.

Ed Lawson will give a brief presentation on using CUPS for printing.
CUPS provides high quality printing, provides shared networking
printing on the server, as well as automatic browsing for network
printers for Linux client machines. In addition to using the web based
tools for configuring a printer, the configuration of the server daemon
to enable others on the network, both Linux and Windows clients, to use
a network printer, adding other networked printers on print servers,
and the necessary packages for supporting a range of printers will be
discussed.
