[OT] How to get calling number when CallerID reports "unknown"

IIRC you need an 800-number to get ANI.

There must be a conspiracy theory that explains why ANI information 
isn't copied into CallerID fields for a call that shows 'Unknown'... 
Oh, right, the phone company makes money on telemarketing.
