Ditto

When this came up before (with Derek) many found having the email
addresses available to be useful. Of course making a public and private
archive where the messages were left unaltered in the private archive
would be okay with me. But I would still like an archive available with
email addresses.

Also, how far would you want to take this? From Ben's email he said it
wasn't just email, how would you strip that information out?

If I put up my own personal archive on my own person website of email I
receive, be it list or otherwise, who is this person to say? It's MY
email, I can do what I see fit with it, unless I had an agreement with
the person who sent me the email prior to me receiving it.

Kind of like those emails you get from some business that say that the
email is only for the person it was sent to, it's private, blah blah
blah.. I just laugh at those. There is no way that can be legally binding.

I agree, I didn't know about this "outside" person. Just the arguments
with Derek and somebody posting his email address in the body of a message.
