Is anybody getting good BitTorrent rates with Comcast?

hmm, maybe it's not working so great.  Although I've been connected
for just over an hour, I've only downloaded 70MB.  Bittorrent seems
happy b/c my share rating is over 2 (smiley), but with some rough
calculations my d/l rate is about 16 or 17 kB/s  That's dial-up speed
not cable-modem speed.   It looks like setting max uploads to 30 was a
bad idea, and moving that slider down to 4 equalizes my up/down
throughput.

At this point, I've downloaded 82 MB, but I've given up 160 MB to
peers. That's still only like 60-something kB/s total (82+160MB) / 60
min / 60 sec = 67 kB/s
