OpenOffice/Impress -- how to import a template?

This series of steps worked for me -- thanks!  I didn't think that I
needed to create a new category, but I guess that I do.  The small
problem I am still having is that I have been unable to rename the new
category "Untitled" to anything else, despite me efforts.  This is a
minor problem though.
