over 4+ years i have used

http://newegg.com/     (most recent - good experience)
http://tigerdirect.com/  (good selection and decent pricing)
http://www.geeks.com/   (spotty selection - good prices esp on used/refurbished)

and of course buy.com and amazon.com all with good success.

and i have a friend who buys only from http://jncs.com/ for
performance reasons....
