IP addresses and FC3

I've got a problem I need a quick answer to.
I have a dedicated server that has 24 IPs set aside for it, in 3 banks
of IPs on different class Cs.
I use Webmin as a "quick and dirty" way to set up the network settings.
I set up the ips as ranges, but I also tried setting them up
individually, as eth0:1, eth0:2, etc.
The problem I am seeing is that the IPs appear to work for a little
while, then they are all dropped save for the first one in each class.
I've checked out the files in /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices, etc.,
and they appear to be in good order. Yet the IPs won't stay provisioned.
I had my ISP checkout the router situation to my dedicated server, and
all seems well on that end. They also assure me that the box and its
NIC were tested prior to installation.
So this seems like a strange kernel/software issue with this particular
version of FC3
uname returns the following:
Linux hadar.puissante.com 2.6.11-1.14_FC3 #1 Thu Apr 7 19:23:49 EDT 2005
i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux:
I am going to rebuild the kernel on this box and see if that fixes the
problem. In the mean time, any suggestions would be helpful. I am a bit
anxious about recompiling the kernel on a remote machine for obvious
reasons. At least this machine is not in use yet, so I can be a bit more
daring. :-)
I now see why most opt for managed servers with boring control panels.
Oh well, I like living on the edge...
