Bill sent the message below on Oct. 18th, but I didn't find a
follow-up announcement.  The gnhlug website doensn't mention bylaws
discussion in the meeting , nor does the dlslug website.  Maybe Bill
had a difficult time lining up the speaker (you and/or Ted?), or the
original message didn't intend to convey (what I interpreted) that
there would be two topics for tonights meeting.

I am sorry that I won't be able to attend tonight's meeting, with or
without a discussion of bylaws.

I'm sending out the meeting announcement as soon as I get someone's
name to put down to lead the discussion of the ByLaws and
Incorporation.

At this point I expect everybody but Ted to take one step back. :)
