[semi-OT] - (somewhat) Free VoIP provider

Well the nice thing about Asterisk is you can have it setup so that you 
can have incoming calls via somebody like Galaxy where it's free, then 
have your outgoing use nufone. That way you get free incoming and 
outgoing at only $0.02/min
