htt daemon eating up my internet connection

Without any analysis, the first thing I would guess
is using chkconfig to make it stop.
e.g. chkconfig --level 345 htt off
or something like that.. depends on what actually starts
it up.

I happen to have a Fedora Core 4 box at my fingertips
and it doesn't seem to have anything like an 'htt' so
I can't be more specific without going out back for my
shovel.
