Ticketing System Suggestions

We've been using Request Tracker for close to a year now, but it's not 
really working out for us. Can somebody suggest something, here are the 
requirements.

Must be SIMPLE and easy to use. The less complicated the better.

Must work with email. As in you don't -need- a web interface.

Separate queues would be nice, but not required

Mostly stuff would happen via email, the web interface would be more for 
looking up history on tickets.
